A monologue from American Lullaby by Cassandra Lewis has been published in The Best Men’s Stage Monologues & Scenes 2012.

The anthology also includes works by José Rivera, Stephen Adly Guirgis, Katori Hall, Y. York, Adam Rapp, Adam Bock, Don Nigro, and Jesse Eisenberg.

Editor Lawrence Harbison described Cassandra Lewis as one of the “exciting up-and-comers” whose work is included in the anthology.

American Lullaby made its world premiere at the Manhattan Repertory Theatre.
